Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of all unworn, unwashed underwear within 10 days of delivery of your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Swimwear as this is made to order for you. We are however happy to offer a refund if we deem the product is faulty.
All sales are final after 10 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would prefer an exchange, we will pay your second shipping cost.

Your return/exchange will be processed as soon as possible, though please note refunds will take a few days to process once received.
Any exchange is subject to size/colour availability and if we can’t offer an exchange due to availability we will issue a refund.
